In fact we aim to visit each one at least 3 times every year meaning that we are the first to know if standards start to slip and can make alternative arrangements. Having said that, we have a longstanding relationship with the owners of the hotels that we use and for an exclusive weekend break have found over the years that they can be relied upon to provide excellent service and accommodation. The relationships we have established with operators in each country mean that whatever you want we can probably arrange it.

Support

To help you settle in after arriving at your destination we supply a handy city information pack with details of local amenities and places of interest. In addition to this every customer is given a contact number that they can use in the event that they encounter any problems while they are away. Even if you would just like some advice on the best restaurants nearby our staff will be more than happy to help, so do feel free to call, whatever you need. Because we have a team in the area they can also get hold of tickets to the Opera and help to arrange day trips with guides to show you around. We appreciate that our customers are independent-minded people who like the flexibility that our service offers, but they can always turn to us if they need to. A tailor made weekend break, in our opinion, should combine the freedom that comes with having no fixed timetable, with the reassurance that a dedicated support team provides. Our support starts before you begin your holiday though. Visitors to Russia will need a visa for example and we will supply the necessary letter of introduction, and advice if needed.
