Day 1 - Arrival to Lulea
Transfer from Lulea airport to your hotel
Our driver will meet you in the arrivals hall and drive you to your hotel (they will be holding a sign with your name on it). Welcome to Swedish Lapland! Depending on your arrival time, we can pre-book dinner or an activity for your first day at our lodge retreat in the Lulea nature. Relax and get settled in at the lodge resort.
Day 2 - Lulea
Activities at your lodge hotel - Dogsledding!
Dogsledding is an amazing winter activity and from your lodge we have one-hour tours departing from the Lodge on Saturdays and Sundays. After introductions, a safety briefing and information on the journey ahead, you and up to 3 other people will sit on a sled while your guide will mush the husky team and drive them along a forest and lake trail. Along the way you will be able to enjoy the scenery and thrill of the husky team. On stops, the guide will inform you about the life of a husky musher in the frozen north, with the dogs as well as the fantastic arctic nature all around us. This dog-sledding experience is approximately 1 hour in total and it is sure to leave you with some fantastic memories.
Activities at your lodge hotel - Northern Lights Tour By Sled
Our 2 hours Northern Lights Nature Tour by Sled - 2 hours A two-hour search for the northern lights where your nature guide will teach you about the fantastic natural phenomenon and the science behind it. In this activity you sit in a snowmobile drawn sled filled with reindeer pelts and blankets. Our guides drive the snowmobiles that are pulling the sleds as we search for the Northern Lights. We head out across the frozen sea. On the way we will stop regularly and the guides will inform you about the local nature (including sea, forest and wildlife) as well as their arctic lifestyle. We will also stop to make a fire in the snow to boil tea, coffee or chocolate and wait for the Aurora to appear in the sky.
Day 3 - Lulea
Sami Reindeer Experience
Starting at your lodge resort we will introduce you to a local Sami man, Jon-Anders who will give us an insight into his culture and way of life. We walk into the reindeer enclosure and Jon-Anders explains more about the “year of the reindeer”, the eight seasons and how they work with the reindeer and nature in each of these. We then take a walk around with the reindeer and get to learn more about the Sami. On arrival to the tent we then sit down around the fire for a cup of tea and take in the atmosphere of the tent and continue the discussion with Jon-Anders. Lunch is included by the fire.
Day 4 - Lulea to Harads
Private Transfer from Lulea to Harads
Your guide & driver will pick you up from the hotel reception and drive you up to Harads for your next Lapland adventure. Enjoy some sights and stories along the way. Arrival to Harads where you can choose to stay in either the awesome Treehotel or Arctic Bath (or both!) Get settled in, then let's make the most of being in this stunning landscape.
Northern Light Snowmobile Tour (2 Hours)
Take a ride on a snowmobile out into the arctic wilderness, a few kilometres away from the artificial lights, and enjoy the evening under the dancing Aurora Borealis. The tour only goes if the weather is clear, and it can also be done on snowshoes or by car instead - into the woods!
Day 5 - Harads
Moose Safari Tour
A moose safari is good fun any time of year. In summer we go by car or six-wheel ATV and sidecar, in winter we go by snowmobile. Into the deep forests of Harads we head, in search of the King of beasts. if we're lucky we will also see other animals including fox, reindeers and forest birds. A great introduction to the nature of Lapland, and the chance to see the elegant and mighty moose in their natural habitat. The tour lasts 2.5 hours.
Ice Dining Experience
A beautiful and exciting activity in the moonlight with the chance to see the Northern lights. The evening is lit by torches and candles while we serve a 3-course dinner in a heated tipi tent on an ice-covered lake. You sit on reindeer skins while enjoying a fantastic meal over two and a half delightful hours.

Tailor-made tour of Swedish Lapland - Arctic Bath review
The Arctic Bath is one of the most dazzling locations/accommodations that we have ever experienced. The service was assertive without being pushy, they were always there to help when we needed someone but otherwise, it was a very intimate and tranquil stay. The bath itself was amazing, and we will never forget the evening plunge into icy waters. Just amazing. The sauna was something the whole family enjoyed. The food was as dazzling as our lodgings, the Christmas dinner was the highlight with every course thoughtfully prepared and presented. Arctic Bath is one of the most romantic spots we have ever been but it was still a fantastic spot for our 5 person family.
