We felt safe and welcomed wherever we went

The trip went very well indeed. The organization, quality of coach transportation, hotel service at the Radisson Blu in all three capital cities was first-quality. In particular, the tour guide Elena was an exemplary leader. Her verve, expert local knowledge, passion for architecture, historical and political savvy, and her patience with the 30 or so participants made her an ideal leader. We felt safe and welcomed wherever we went. The food and hospitality we encountered was generous and welcoming.
