Fantastic tour of the Nordic capitals - brilliantly arranged by Baltic Holidays

Baltic Holidays were superb - both in the communications before the holiday to establish what we wanted to do and then in the arrangements themselves. We started the holiday flying into Copenhagen - then onto Oslo by overnight ferry; then Stockholm by train and finally Helsinki again by overnight cruise. As well as the overnight ferries we had two nights in each city. A very memorable ten nights away. Taxis had been arranged from/to airports/train stations/ferry terminal/hotels. Without exception the drivers were on time, courteous and provided very good vehicles. In each capital a walking tour was arranged for us - excellent guides giving a great insight into daily life and key locations - as well as the history and geography of each city. The free time in each place allowed us to explore beyond the places the guides had taken us (eg Tivoli gardens in Copenhagen, Ski jump in Oslo, ABBA museum in Stockholm and Sibelius Park in Helsinki. The hotels were all very different but each fantastic in their own way. I'll finish this review as I started - Baltic Holidays were superb.

An OUTSTANDING trip to Moldova

Just returned last night from an OUTSTANDING trip to Moldova. My daughter and I genuinely fell in love with the country and the inhabitants. A key factor was the top professional and very wonderful [guide]. She was the best guide ever and I cannot recommend her enough.

Our trip went very well. Everything was a highlight but I think the best part were the guides. They were so knowledgeable, friendly, willing to answer all our questions. Marina would be my best friend if I lived in Finland. Ivo, Erlens, and, Linas were great too. The bike tour guides were fantastic also. All of them were passionate about their country and very knowledgeable about what we were seeing. Through them we felt we got to know the country, the history, the people and them too. Everyone was precisely on time. I think you did a very good job of setting this up, directing us to interesting and varied places: a hike through the bog, castles and palaces, cute towns, etc. The hotels were great. Friendly staff and so very well located. Again, thank you for making this trip so wonderful. I'd easily go on another trip with you.
